Possession was in March for my 3BHK on Golf Course Extension, and honestly, things nobody told me earlier are now popping up. I went with Godrej, thinking their quality would be top-notch, but already seeing minor plaster cracks and the club amenities are still half-baked. My friend in an M3M project near Dwarka Expressway is facing similar issues with promised features not fully delivered. I'm wondering if this is just normal for Gurugram builders. DLF projects usually seem better, or is that just reputation? Are these initial snags common with everyone, or did I miss something during inspection? What's your first-hand experience with construction quality and amenities from these guys?

Oh god, this is exactly what I'm dreading. I'm also looking at a Godrej project in Sector 89. Plaster cracks toh chhodho, amenities ka suna tha ki they deliver late but half-baked? Which Godrej project is this exactly, for my reference?

Exactly! My biggest fear. Amenities toh dikhate kuch hain, dete kuch aur.
