Possession in March, my ground reality check

After 8 site visits and nearly 3 months of searching, I finally got possession of my flat in March. We looked at Gaursons Gaur City 1st Avenue and Radicon Vedantam Phase 3. Gaur City's under-construction status was a bit scary, yaar, but the carpet area felt more efficient on paper. Radicon, being ready-to-move, was safer but its maintenance charges seem quite high. Anyone living in either, especially Radicon? Are those maintenance charges worth it for the amenities? And was Gaur City's possession on time?
