Okay I'll be honest — buying our 3BHK in Sector 35 was tougher than I thought. Possession March mein mila, but so many hidden costs came up last minute. Goyal Estate Agency se deal ki thi. I thought I negotiated well for the ₹85L flat, but fir PLC, parking charge, aur OC ke time extra demands. Noida mein dost bolte hain they got 5-7% off. Faridabad mein negotiation sach mein work karta hai kya? Kitna realistically kam kar sakte hain? Ya broker se deal karna better hai for better terms? DM Expressway se connectivity achhi hui hai, but true value kaise pata chale?
