After selling our old house, I thought finding a new 2BHK in Sector 16B would be simpler. Siwas Infra ke project mein booking kari thi, but now possession ke time they've added unexpected charges. Suddenly, ₹3.5L extra for IFMS, club, and some 'utility setup' fees. Brochure mein toh kuch mention nahi tha, yaar. Is this common practice in Greater Noida? Feeling really fed up with these hidden costs.

Totally normal unfortunately. RERA ke baad thoda control aaya hai, but ye 'miscellaneous' charges hamesha nikal aate hain. Aapko agreement of sale check karna chahiye, usme often small print mein likha hota hai.
