My lease ends in 4 months and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Planning to buy a 2BHK in Noida, maybe around Sector 137. Dream Wonder Homes 3 from Dream Kraft Infrastructure looks decent, but I'm worried about the actual possession experience. Suna hai builders hidden charges laga dete hain at the end, like PLC ya extra registry costs. Also, carpet area kitna different hota hai from super area? Anyone bought from them? What was your final bill vs initial quote? Any surprises? Hope this helps someone avoid last-minute shocks.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Builders always have some 'special' charges at the end. Dream Kraft ka toh sunna hai, they are notorious for these last-minute add-ons. Prepare for surprises.
