Possession snag lists are a total joke.

Did a final walk-through at Panchsheel Pratistha yesterday, and honestly, I'm already seeing issues. I work in real estate, I know builder tricks, but buying for myself is different. They promise so much, but cracks are already showing near window frames. Builder ka snag list process bas formality lag raha hai. Power backup bhi sirf common areas ke liye bol rahe hain, not full flat. Matlab, after paying so much, yeh sab chalta hai kya? Anyone else faced this after possession? How did you handle such issues?
