Possession surprises in Sector 80: PLC and super area

Sector 80 — just moved into Bargainer Propmart project two months back, and honestly, I'm pretty annoyed. The final amount at possession was way higher than expected. They hit us with all these 'miscellaneous' charges and an insane increase in PLC, which wasn't clear upfront. Plus, the super area calculation feels like a total scam. My 3BHK was supposed to be 1800 sqft, but the usable space is so much less. Did anyone else face this with builders here? What did you do about it?
