Possession was in March for my 3BHK on Golf Course Ext Road. Now I'm seeing the market differently. Dwarka Expressway ka hype already priced in lag raha hai? New projects from DLF or M3M still climb, but resale mein utna momentum nahi. Kya ab bhi invest karna sahi hai ya wait karein? What's your view on future growth, especially with Global City?
