Post-possession charges are the real builder scam.

I'll be honest – just got my 3BHK in Tellapur. Builder now demanding a huge "infrastructure development charge" not in the agreement! ₹3L extra, post-possession. Builder ka track record check kiya tha, still this. Anyone else faced such hidden costs?
