Post-possession charges are the real hidden cost.

Honestly, the actual costs after getting possession were way more than I expected. Just moved into my ATS apartment in Sector 150 last month. Builder ne hidden charges bohot saare laga diye, like maintenance deposits and extra electricity connection. I'm wondering if Godrej or Gaursons mein bhi this is common? What was your possession experience like with these extra payments, especially from other builders?
