Post-possession charges in Chandigarh are a total rip-off, aren't they?

Just three months in my Saini Bhawan flat in Zirakpur, and I'm already shocked by the maintenance charges. Seriously, ₹4 per sqft for a 2BHK is wild! Plus, society maintenance after 2-3 years, does it actually improve or just get worse? Things nobody told me about these post-possession costs. Is this normal for Chandigarh builders? Yaar, what's your experience with Saini Bhawan's long-term society upkeep? What extras did you guys face after moving in?
