Spent the whole Saturday checking out options in Rohini, especially Lamba Floors Sector 25. Honestly, for a 3BHK, the finishing seemed a bit rough for the price. I'm downsizing from a big place, kids are gone, so I need something low-maintenance. Also looked at Angels Luxurious Residency. Heard their post-possession maintenance charges become quite high later. Am I overthinking the construction quality difference between Lamba and Angels? How do their actual carpet areas compare?
