Post-possession maintenance – a real eye-opener

After kids moved out, we're eyeing 2BHKs, maybe Golf Course Extension. But I'm finding builder maintenance charges after possession are a big shocker. DLF, Godrej, M3M – sabka rates alag hain. Is it worth paying more upfront for better society upkeep? Or do they all eventually become RWA controlled with reasonable costs? Not sure.
