Honestly, I'm regretting not checking maintenance charges properly. Just moved into Conscient Hines Elevate, and the monthly bill is insane. We're paying for so many amenities barely used. Anyone in Palm Floor DLF Phase 3 facing similar high maintenance for facilities that just look good on brochures?
