Got possession of my Prateek Laurel unit in March. Cracks are showing already, fittings feel cheap. Maintenance is high, service slow. Does this hit resale value much? Worried about long-term ROI.

Oh no! This is my biggest fear as a first-time buyer. Prateek Laurel sounds like a big project, and if even they have these issues, what hope do we have? I've heard so many horror stories about builders cutting corners after booking. Cracks and cheap fittings immediately? That's just unacceptable. My budget is already stretched, and thinking about future maintenance and then a hit on resale value just makes my head spin. I was considering a property nearby in Alpha I, but now I'm seriously reconsidering everything. Is this common for Greater Noida projects?
