Post-possession reality check for Delhi projects

Just moved into Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar last month and already seeing minor cracks and some fitting issues. It makes me wonder about long-term maintenance costs and resale value. Also, the promised clubhouse facilities aren't fully operational. Does this impact tenant attraction? What are others' experiences with actual delivered quality vs. brochures?
