Post-possession reality of Chandigarh builders
Kids ke school admissions ka time aa raha hai, aur ab finally 3BHK move karna hai Chandigarh mein. Uppal Marble Arch (The Uppal Group) aur Altus Ecoglades (Altus Space Builders) ko shortlist kiya hai. Both projects look good on paper, but real experience chahiye. Uppal Marble Arch ki construction quality ke baare mein suna hai, after possession kya actual issues aate hain like plaster cracks ya seepage? Aur Altus Ecoglades mein, jo amenities (swimming pool, kids play area) advertise karte hain, woh actually deliver hote hain kya, aur unki maintenance kaisi rehti hai? Kids ke liye safety aur facilities bahut important hain. On-time delivery ka track record bhi pata karna hai. Koi project delay hua toh humein bahut problem hogi. Kisi ka direct experience hai in dono projects se? Family ke liye long-term mein kaunsa builder better rahega in terms of quality aur delivered amenities? Please share your opinions.

Uppal Marble Arch? Bhai, I heard The Uppal Group has zero projects delivered so far. How can you even trust them with your hard-earned money?
Exactly! I heard the same. How can we trust a group with no prior experience? Altus has some projects, but even for them, the RERA completion dates
OMG, I'm in the exact same boat! Kids' admissions are coming up and we need to finalize. Uppal Marble Arch and Altus Ecoglades are also on our list. I'm so worried about the quality issues after possession. My friend booked in another project in Manimajra and is regretting it because of constant seepage.
My friend says Uppal is a new entity by old players. So 0 projects is misleading. But still, no track record under THIS name is risky.
Totally relate! We saw a flat in Uppal Marble Arch, the sample flat looked great, but what about the actual construction? Are they using good materials or just for show? That Manimajra story sounds scary.
