Post-possession shock: Is this the Ghaziabad standard?

Moved into my Mahagun flat in Siddhartha Vihar last month. Everyone glorifies their 'quality', but plaster cracks are showing already. Bathroom fittings feel so cheap, yaar. Okay, I'll say it: Mahagun ne bhi possession pe hidden charges ka bomb phoda. Maintenance calls? Forget it. Is this the Ghaziabad standard? Change my mind.
