Okay I'll be honest — I'm based in Dubai and can't easily do site inspections. I'm looking at Ghaziabad, specifically SCC Blossom, for investment. My main worry is the actual construction quality and the snag list after possession. How bad are the issues typically? Does poor finishing or constant repairs after a year affect tenant interest or future resale value much? I'm thinking about long-term maintenance costs too. It's hard to manage from afar. Any experiences with property managers handling these issues?
