What are the real construction quality issues people face after moving into Gurugram projects? I'm looking at places like Orris Carnation Residency for my first home, and my parents keep warning me about build quality. Site visits pe sab theek lagta hai, but friends say cracks, seepage, ya fittings ki problem common hai after a few months. Honestly, I'm not sure what to look for during a final walkthrough. Is it common to find bad elevator maintenance or water pressure issues later? Any tips on what to inspect thoroughly before possession, ya phir koi checklist hai for snagging? Not sure agar builders fixes karte bhi hain properly. Pls share your experiences.

Bhai, you're not alone. Gurugram projects, especially the older ones, have this issue. My cousin bought in a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) a few years back, and the plumbing problems started within a year. Site visit pe sab chamakta hai, but after some wear and tear, real picture dikhti hai.
