I'm seriously considering GLS Avenue 51 ya phir St Patricks Central Park Bignonia Towers, but honestly not sure about the builders. My parents keep saying quality check karna bahut zaroori hai. Has anyone here actually taken possession from GLS Infra or St. Patricks? Kya construction quality mein real issues aate hain, like plaster cracks ya seepage, especially after a couple of monsoons? Aur hidden charges ka kya scene hai? PLC, EDC ke alawa aur bhi kuch surprise milta hai possession pe, like maintenance deposits ya registry fees? Customer support after booking bhi important hai; do these guys even pick up calls for queries ya bas booking tak hi sab theek rehta hai? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kaun sa better option hai for a long-term home.
