Post-possession woes: Is it just my builder?

Post-possession quality issues are a real headache, yaar. Just moved into my ATS flat in Sector 150 last month. Finishing quality dekh ke thoda disappointed hoon. Plaster cracks already? Seriously? Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain. Mahagun ya Godrej projects mein bhi same scene hai kya? Customer support toh booking ke baad jaise gayab hi ho gaya. Koi aur bhi faced this with these builders?
