Power backup and parking are huge Ghaziabad headaches

Is Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2's power backup actually full flat or just common areas? I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK there, already have a home loan so want to get this right. Builders often promise 100% backup but it's usually just lights and fans, not ACs. For potential tenants or resale later, full power backup is a huge deal. Also, how's the parking situation? Is it truly reserved or some lottery system that ends up being a free-for-all? My current society has terrible parking issues and it's a constant headache. Wondering if the premium for these amenities is even justified long term, or if it just adds to maintenance without real value. Any real experiences, especially about power backup and parking, would be super helpful.
