Power backup is the biggest lie in new projects
I'm seriously considering Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla in Faridabad, my first property purchase, and feeling super nervous. The brochures promise full flat power backup, but I'm hearing from friends that it's often just for common areas or specific points. Is this a common thing in Faridabad projects? What was your experience with actual delivery vs. promises? Also, I'm worried about construction quality. Any insights on issues like cracks or seepage popping up after a year or so? It's a huge commitment, and I want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything critical, ab samajh nahi aa raha. Any advice or experiences would be amazing.
