Power backup reality in Greater Noida societies?

Bulland Group Suryodaya — just moved in last month, things are mostly okay but some daily stuff is bugging me. They promised full flat power backup, but it's only common areas and one light/fan point per room. Honestly, don't know if that's standard. Water pressure also drops like crazy sometimes, feels like the tank capacity isn't enough. Is this normal for other Greater Noida societies, or should I push the maintenance team harder? What's your experience been?
