Prakash The Hallmark Wings: Clubhouse — marketing vs reality

Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F clubhouse is a joke. Kids have moved out, I wanted a usable space. It's always empty, yet we pay high maintenance. Is anyone actually using it, or just for brochure photos?

Totally agree with the original post! Prakash The Hallmark Wings ka clubhouse sirf naam ka hai. Brochure mein toh bahut grand dikhate hain, but on-ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. This is exactly what makes first-time buyers like us so nervous.

Haan bhai, same experience! Aur yeh high maintenance charges ka kya? Jab amenities use hi nahi ho rahi, toh why are we paying so much? It's a huge burden on our budget.
