My current 2BHK in Wakad feels too small now, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F looks good, but I'm worried about basic stuff. How's the water supply there? Is it consistent or do they rely on tankers a lot? Also, what's the deal with elevator maintenance? My current place has breakdowns all the time, it's a nightmare. Is the premium for a bigger flat worth these potential headaches?
