Prashant Vihar — everyone talks about its convenience, but honestly, yahan ka parking situation bilkul bekar hai. Just moved in last month, aur society ke andar bhi daily parking ke liye jung hai. Itne high prices dekar bhi, yeh basic cheezein bhi nahi mil rahi. Poora area ka yahi haal hai ya sirf meri society? Change my mind.

Builders often over-promise and under-deliver, trying to maximize salable area. Current market conditions mein buyers ko pata hai ki demand high hai, toh builders ko thoda leeway mil jata hai. As first-time buyers, humein documentation mein parking allotment aur specific area clear karwana chahiye. Varna baad mein sirf frustration hi milti hai.
Meri society Dwarka mein hai, aur yahan bhi parking ka bahut bada masla hai. Kabhi-kabhi toh aisa lagta hai gaadi khareedna galat decision tha. Visitors ke liye toh parking milna impossible hai, aur residents ko bhi ladna padta hai apni designated spot ke liye. Builder sirf numbers dikhata hai, practical space kitna hai, woh koi nahi dekhta.

Jaise aapne pucha, humari society mein stilt aur basement parking dono hai. Builder ne RERA mein 200 parking slots registered kiye the for 150 flats. Sounds good on paper, right? But out of those 200, 50 slots are marked for visitors which are always occupied by residents due to space crunch. Aur jo stilt mein slots hain, woh itne tight hain ki badi gaadi park karna mushkil ho jata hai. Nearby Alaknanda mein bhi yahi issue dekha hai, wahan toh roads par bhi parking kaafi mushkil hai.
Meri society mein stilt parking hai, but woh bhi full rehti hai. Plan mein 1.5 cars per flat dikhaya tha, but jab poori society move-in ho gayi toh pata chala ki actual space toh 0.8 cars per flat ka bhi nahi hai. Builder ne bas numbers game khela hai.
Yaar, universal toh nahi bol sakte, but haan, Delhi ke bohot areas mein yeh haal hai. Main Anand Vihar mein rehta hoon aur yahan bhi same story hai. Builder ne toh basement parking ka promise kiya tha, but ab residents ko visitor parking mein adjust karna pad raha hai. Jab tak RERA mein parking space specifically define na ho, builders iska faayda uthate rahenge. Price toh har jagah high hai, but facilities ke naam pe zero.
Totally agree with you, bhai! Prashant Vihar mein parking ek nightmare hai. Hum bhi dekh rahe the wahan, but yeh parking issue dekh kar hi backout kar diya. Builder ne kaha tha ki ample space hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi nikli. It's not just your society, poore area mein yeh problem hai.

Haan, bilkul sahi kaha aapne. Mere dost ne bhi Prashant Vihar mein ek flat liya hai, aur usko bhi parking ke liye extra charges dene pade, woh bhi ek open plot mein jahan security bhi nahi hai. Jab ki brochure mein covered parking ka mention tha. Builders ki marketing aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka farak hai.
