Prasu Infrabuild delay: Should I pull out?

Sector 35 mein Prasu Infrabuild ka project liya tha. Possession date was 2024, still no sign. Paid almost 80% already. Construction-linked plan was a mistake, EMI is killing me. The builder keeps saying 'next month', but it's been a year! Is it worth fighting them in RERA? Or just cut my losses and sell in resale market? Anyone else facing this issue?
