1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 92 sounds okay-ish, but spot discounts? Mujhe toh hamesha gimmick hi lagta hai, especially for such a big amount. Builders end moment pe sirf choti-moti things offer karte hain, like free parking ya modular kitchen. Real cash discount bahut mushkil hai. Prasu Infrabuild ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Pehle uss par research karna zaroori hai, warna 2BHK se upgrade karne ke chakkar mein phans na jao.
