That Prateek Canary 3BHK video in Sector 150 looked pretty good. They mentioned 'ready to move' in the description, but tbh, construction progress in Noida can be unpredictable. Anyone have experience with Prateek Group projects? Do they usually stick to their possession dates? I'm seriously considering investing, but worried about delays. Is it worth the risk, or should I look at other ready-to-move options? What's your take?

Yaar, I saw that video too, looks swanky no doubt. But 'ready to move' in Sector 150? My friend booked a flat near Alpha I Greater Noida and got delayed by almost 2 years! Prateek Group ka track record kaisa hai, especially for timely possession? Is their RERA possession date of 2027-10-01 realistic for an 'ongoing' project?
