Hey everyone, I'm planning to invest in property in Noida, specifically around Sector 159. I'm considering both established builders like Prateek Group and some smaller, local builders. Has anyone here bought property from Prateek Group? What was your experience like in terms of construction quality and timely delivery? Kya aap logon ko pata hai ki Prateek Group ka current reputation kaisa hai Noida mein? Also, what do you think about investing in under-construction vs ready-to-move properties right now? I'm seeing some attractive pre-launch offers, but I'm worried about potential delays. Ready-to-move seems safer, but the prices are higher. Which one would you recommend for someone looking for long-term appreciation and maybe rental income later on? Mujhe advice chahiye regarding the rental yield potential in Sector 159.
