Prateek Laurel investment: worried about exit

Since last Diwali, I've been looking for investment options in Noida. Prateek Laurel Sector 120 seems like a solid, completed project. But as a first-time investor, I'm really confused. What's the actual rental yield people are getting here? Not the advertised one, but real numbers. Also, is its resale market liquid enough? I'm worried about exit strategy in 5-7 years. Kya isme achha capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain future mein? Any experiences with Prateek's other projects' appreciation too? My budget is tight, so every detail matters.
