Prateek Laurel's security and parking: worth the premium?
₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Greater Noida is a big jump for me; I'm currently in a 2BHK. I'm looking at Prateek Laurel, but security systems ko lekar thoda doubt hai. Builder brochures mein sab hi bolte hain 24x7 CCTV, guard services, but real mein after 1-2 years, kitna effective rehta hai? Kya visitor management system actually strict hota hai ya bas entry register pe naam likh ke kaam chalta hai? Investor perspective se, tenant attraction ke liye acha security system kitna important hai? Also, parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Lottery system mein milta hai ya dedicated slot milta hai? Full flat power backup kitne projects dete hain, ya bas common areas? Any experiences with Prateek Laurel's security and parking setup? Should I expect these things to be top-notch for the price jump?

I've heard so many stories about societies where security becomes lax after a few years. Prateek Laurel ki possession date 2013 hai, toh 10 saal se upar ho gaye. Yeh ek concern hai, right?
