Since last year, I'm done with renting. Pratishtha Homes 62 mein investment ka soch raha hoon. Completed hai. Capital appreciation kya hai? Rental yield aur resale market kaisa hai?
Pratishtha Homes is ready to move, but Shivkala is cheaper. Carpet area mein difference kitna hoga? Honestly, not sure about the builder trust factor for either. Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
Kids have moved out, and I'm finally selling the big house. Looking at downsizing in Noida. Pratishtha Homes 62 is ready to move, which is a huge plus. But the price! Almost double Purvanchal Sanchar Vihar. Sanchar Vihar's price seems good, but it's still under construction, right? Don't want to get stuck waiting. Anyone have experience with Pratishtha's maintenance charges? Are they worth the extra cost? Is it really a better society?
Okay I'm stressing. Jaypee Boomerang is ready, but that price! Pratishtha Homes 62 seems cheaper initially. Is the carpet area difference worth the extra crore? My wife's priority is a safe society. Anyone compared these two for kids' school admission proximity? Need advice!
Okay I'll be honest, Pratishtha Homes 62 seems crazy expensive compared to Purvanchal Sanchar Vihar. But it's ready to move. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits easily. Is the carpet area actually bigger in Pratishtha to justify the price? Or am I paying for the 'ready' tag? Change my mind.
Shivkala Apartment is cheaper, but ready-to-move in Pratishtha Homes 62 mein, is the higher price worth it? Carpet area sahi hai kya? Already have a home loan, so EMI matters.
**Carpet area matters most at my age.** Pratishtha Homes seems spacious, but expensive. Lotus Panache is cheaper, but cramped? Kids are gone; don't need amenities. What's the resale value? I'm confused!
Pratishtha Homes 62 is ready to move, right? Lotus Height isn't. Honestly, I'm scared of possession delays. My parents keep saying ready to move is worth the premium. Also, does anyone know the actual carpet area difference? Which has better resale value down the line?
