How much can you realistically negotiate on pre-launch prices in Bengaluru? Just bought a 2BHK with Disha Dwellings in Rajanukunte a few months back. They offered a 'pre-launch discount' but honestly, feels like I could've pushed harder. What hidden costs did you guys encounter after booking? My final cost including PLC and some registration stuff was way more than the initial quote. Was early-bird really a deal or just a tactic?
