Everyone glorifies 'early bird' offers from builders, but nobody talks about the inflated super area or hidden charges that pop up near possession. I'm in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking 3BHK in Kokapet. But jab total acquisition cost dekho, including PLC, parking, and random 'utility charges,' pre-launch seems worse than ready-to-move. Am I missing something here? Change my mind.
