Honestly, the 'discount' they offered was barely 2-3% on the ₹2Cr asking price, which seemed negligible after all the PLC and parking charges got added. My broker kept pushing for it, saying it’s the best I'll get. But now, seeing some spot discounts later, I'm feeling like I jumped the gun. Is it just me, or do brokers always push pre-launch for their own commissions? I heard secondary market deals are better for negotiation. What's been your experience with pre-launch vs. waiting for ready possession or even secondary in areas like Dwarka? Ab samajh nahi aa raha if I should just wait.
