I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Promax Properties ke Whitefield Ext project mein pre-launch pricing ka kya scene hai? Is it really cheaper, ya just marketing hype? Construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment for investor ROI? Kya kisi ne actual savings dekhi hain?

Bhai, Promax ka toh pata nahi, but generally pre-launch deals are a trap. They show you lower prices, but by the time possession comes, market price utna hi ho jaata hai, ya sometimes even lower due to delays. Meri friend ne Akshayanagar mein aise hi ek project mein invest kiya tha, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai.
Totally agree! Pre-launch mein booking amount bhi zyada lagta hai, aur budget already tight hai hum first-time buyers ka.
