Harmony Group projects near Sector 13 — I'm looking at a 2BHK there. Kids have moved out, so I just want something manageable, good society. Everyone glorifies pre-launch bookings for 'discounts', but honestly, I think they're a total trap for end-users. You commit early based on super area, which often means paying for hallways and balconies you barely use. Then, at possession, they spring all these hidden charges. Is that 'early bird' really a saving? Seems like a builder's trick to me. Change my mind.

Totally agree! My uncle got burned by a pre-launch in Ahinsa Khand 1. Hidden charges came out of nowhere. It's a nightmare.
Yes, exactly! My experience with a pre-launch in Abhay Khand was similar. They showed a certain club facility in the brochure but delivered something much smaller and with fewer amenities. Always visit their previous projects if possible, even if it's far.
