Are pre-launch prices from builders like Salarpuria Sattva in Rajendranagar actually cheaper than later stages? I work in real estate, but buying my own 3BHK, I'm honestly not sure if those "early bird" deals are real discounts or just marketing. What about spot discounts? Do they even exist, or is it always a "no price drop" policy? And should I go through a broker or direct to the builder for a better deal on a 3BHK around ₹1.5Cr?

Honestly, yeh 'pre-launch' aur 'early bird' deals sab marketing gimmick hain. Builders bas hype create karte hain taaki log jaldi book karein. Cheaper-weaper kuch nahi hota, bas psychological game hai. I totally agree with the original post.
