Pre-launch deals are not always the best discount, change my mind.

Is pre-launch pricing for Signature Global projects really worth it? I'm looking at Sector 53 for a 3BHK, currently in a 2BHK. Builders push construction-linked plans, but does paying more upfront actually get you a better deal for ROI? Yaar, I'm already on a home loan, so need to be smart.

Bhai, pre-launch deals are mostly hype, especially with Signature Global. Delivery dates are always a mess, and ROI suffers if you're stuck with EMIs for nothing.
