Is pre-launch pricing for Satguru Developers in Sector 71 actually better, ya just marketing hype? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily. Trying to decide if I should jump on an early offer or wait. Also, kitna negotiation possible hai on these prices? Builders always say no scope, but I'm sure there's some room. Kya hidden charges expect karun later? Especially for an investor like me, need to know the actual all-in cost. Koi experience share karo please.

Pre-launch? Bhai, Satguru Developers ka track record Gurgaon mein utna solid nahi hai. Especially in Sector 71, already so many projects are facing delays. Be very careful with pre-launch offers, they can be misleading. As an investor, your capital gets blocked for a long time.
