My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge in Greater Noida. Everyone glorifies pre-launch deals, saying you get the best price. But honestly, I think it’s a trap, especially with builders like Greenarc Homes in Sector 9. You pay upfront for years of uncertainty. Is a construction-linked payment plan always better, or am I missing something? Change my mind.
