₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150, that's the base price. But all-in cost kitna jaata hai after stamp duty, registration, parking, and PLC? Atharv Infrastructure Noida ke projects mein pre-launch deals mein real saving hoti hai ya just marketing hype? Thinking total acquisition cost, not just agreement value. Any experiences?

Bhai, ye ₹1.2 crore ka base price sunke toh dil khush ho jaata hai, but experience kehta hai ki ye bas aankhon ka dhokha hai. Atharv Infrastructure ka track record kaisa hai Greater Noida mein? Especially Sector 150 mein, kya inki possession dates time pe hoti hain? Pre-launch mein sab bolte hain discount, but end mein wahi MRP lagta hai. Koi real saving hui hai kisi ki?
