₹30,000 monthly rent for a 2BHK in Sector 91 is getting out of hand, yaar. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge in Mohali, looking at properties around Sector 92. Okay, I'll say what no one says: everyone glorifies pre-launch offers, but is it a real discount? Builders like Gurugram Land and Finance just inflate the 'actual' price later to make early birds *feel* smart. It's marketing hype, not real savings. Aur ye construction-linked payment plans, they're a trap. EMI starts so early, that's double burden with rent. Wouldn't a solid down payment option be smarter for better negotiation and less financial stress? Not sure if it's worth the early commitment for a theoretical discount. What's the real scene on ROI for these? Change my mind.
