But I'm honestly wondering, is that initial discount real ya bas marketing ka game? Construction-linked payment plans mein bhi delays ka risk rehta hai, aur phir possession ke time hidden charges ka darr. Log bolte hain future infra like Jewar Airport will boost prices, but kitna factor in ho chuka hai already? Kya kisi ne recently koi early stage project liya hai aur actual experience kya raha? Should I wait for OC ya abhi book kar doon for better pricing? Matlab, are we really saving anything substantial by going in early, considering all the potential headaches and risks?
