My 2BHK in Sector 137 se upgrade karna hai. Jewar ki wajah se prices badh rahe hain. JKG Constructions ka ek project Sector 22-D mein dekh raha hoon. Pre-launch offers mein kya sach mein savings hoti hai, ya baad mein bhi same price mil jaata hai? Builder bolte hain early bird discount, but I'm not convinced. Kya builder later stage mein spot discount deta hai?

Possession date jo wo bata rahe hain, usmein buffer rakh ke chalna. Usually, builders 6-12 mahine ka delay toh karte hi hain. Pre-launch mein booking amount kam hota hai, but agar loan le rahe ho toh interest start ho jaayega without possession. Calculate your EMIs carefully.
JKG ka RERA status check kar lena, bhai. Unka ek project Alpha II mein thoda delayed tha, but eventually deliver kar diya tha. 22-D mein abhi bahut development ho raha hai, toh potential toh hai, but builder ka commitment important hai.
