Pre-launch discounts are a complete joke

Okay I'll say what no one says — pre-launch pricing in Noida Extension is a scam. Builders promise discounts, but PLC and 'all-in costs' like stamp duty wipe it out. Negotiating a true spot discount on a 3BHK in Sector 127? Almost impossible. They stick to fixed prices. As an industry guy buying, I know this game. Has anyone actually negotiated well? Change my mind.
