Pre-launch discounts are a complete scam in Gurgaon

Is anyone else totally fed up with these 'pre-launch' offers? We looked at a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road from M3M, they promised so much for our growing family. Now it seems like the final price is way higher with all the hidden charges. My wife's worried about the kids' school admission if possession gets delayed. Did anyone actually get a real discount, or is it just a trap?
